Freedom of Information Act - Publication Scheme

Under the Freedom of Information Act, it is the duty of every public authority to adopt and maintain a publication scheme with a view to:

• Facilitating the proactive release of information.
• Supporting and providing greater openness and transparency across the public sector.

Unless otherwise stated, the relevant information can be found free of charge on this website. Hard copies can also be obtained from the Council office, and these will also normally be free of charge, although the Council reserves the right to charge for photocopying, etc.
