'Frequently Asked Questions' Document

Click here for details. This relates to common questions raised by residents' responses in the formal consultation period of the Draft Plan. BPUD (planning consultants) have identified these points and compiled the document to aid understanding of what the plan is for and how decisions for the draft have been made. N.B. The purpose of the BPUD document is to inform about the draft and is not a statement of Keyworth Parish Council policy.

Release of Green Belt for Development

The Steering Group is still waiting for a response via our MP from the Minister at the Department for Communities and Local Government.

Meetings with Developers

The Steering Group is in the process of meeting with representatives of each development site earmarked in the Draft Plan. This is for us to clarify points, raise questions from the Regulation 14 consultation period and discuss Statutory Bodies' guidance in order to help us gather detail that will eventually progress the plan. The developers are aware that these meetings are without prejudice and do not imply confirmation of these sites in the final plan.
